Terry and her team were fantastic throughout the process. Always responsive and quick to respond to any questions we had. She also reached out numerous times unsolicited to make sure everything was running smoothly. Consistently lent a hand with issues which came up not within the requirements of her job duty (ie - assistance with bank inquiries, closing attorney questions, etc). Terry is the real deal! She was the moderator for the women's panel that I recently participated in at Salty Oak Farm. I have never felt so comfortable and now we are best friends. Tim Haas of 32 South Properties was an absolute pleasure to work with while purchasing a condo. He made himself available with almost no notice. There was very little time to put together our offer, but he went above and beyond to make it happen and answered all our questions in addition to many more we didn't even know we had. Afterwards, he was great about following up and making sure we had everything we needed. Terry moderated Florence Crittenton’s Legacy of Hope brunch and brought amazing positive energy to the room in support of a cause very near and dear to her heart. I recently participated for the first time in a “She Leads” gathering with nearly 100 other incredibly talented and strong women and hosted/moderated by the larger than life personality of Terry Haas.  Terry was an amazing facilitator and “bringer together” of us all for the day event held on a beautiful farm in McClellanville.  Terry was so capable of drawing out poignant answers from each of our panel members with her direct, no holds barred interview approach.  We laughed, cried, and smiled a whole helluva lot. I had the pleasure of attending She Leads, a women in business luncheon, where Terry Haas was the host and moderator. All I can say is Terry is a force! She is dynamic, charismatic and hysterical! She set the tone for the event, and it was perfect!
And while her personality is big, she remains humble, kind and approachable.

Terry and Tim are the complete package.  They went above and beyond any service we had received in the past.  They set realistic expectations and were active listeners.  Their knowledge of the market mixed with their professional advice made for a wonderful selling experience.  There was no salesmanship and they gave us room to think things through and ask tons of questions.  Their process is well-honed. They recommended third party services to get the house show-ready and the people they recommended had the same level of professionalism.  Terry is the funny outgoing one and Tim crunches the numbers (he's funny, too).  I can't say enough about the job they did for us. Terry and Tim give heart and soul to everything they do, and give you white glove service from the moment you meet them.  They care deeply about their buyers and sellers and make sure they are "in the know" on every detail.  Could not recommend 32 South Properties more!
